Bespoke management software

Your software
adapts to you.

OmniPluma builds management systems around the way your team already works. Bookings, assignments, programmes and invoices in one place, made for your business.

02 / 03

First, we learn how you work.

We sit with your team and map every task, message and spreadsheet until we can see where the hours go.

03 / 03

Then we build exactly that.

No generic features to work around. Your process, your words, your screens, running every day.

Sound familiar?

Most teams run on chats, spreadsheets and memory.

It works until the week gets busy. Then the same booking is typed three times, the schedule lives in a group chat and nobody is sure which version is current.

  • The group chat is the schedule

Who's free on Thursday? Answers scroll away, confirmations get lost and someone always misses the update.

  • Five spreadsheets, none of them current

Bookings in one file, staff in another, invoices in a third. Every change means updating all of them by hand.

  • Every detail typed again and again

From the client's email to the booking, the briefing, the reminder and the invoice: the same information, copied five times.

Off-the-shelf software asks you to change how you work. We do the opposite.

The people behind OmniPluma

A small team. A shared purpose.

We build software that gives people more time for the work they care about. Less chasing, less copying, more room to do a good job.

A note from the founder

I started OmniPluma with a simple question: why should a capable team lose so much of its day moving information between tools? I want to build systems that feel natural to the people using them.

An illustration of the kind of space where ideas become working software.
A closer look at how work comes together.

How we work together

We bring together software engineering, senior technical experience and a business administration major focused on sales. You speak directly with the people shaping your system.

Software engineer

Turns everyday problems into practical tools, with a close eye on how people actually use them.

Senior software engineer

Keeps the architecture dependable and asks the difficult questions before they become expensive problems.

Business & sales

A business administration major who listens first, connects the business needs to the build and keeps the conversation clear.

Our mission

Make good teams work better together. We begin with your everyday routine, build around it and keep improving as your business grows.

Engineering meets business

Our perspective combines hands-on software development, senior engineering judgement and business studies. That mix helps us connect what a team needs with what a system should do.

Questions

What people ask us first.

How much does a system cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don't publish prices. After the blueprint step you receive a fixed quote for exactly what we will build. The workflow review is free.

How long until we can use it?

We start with the part that saves the most time and put it in your hands early, then grow the system in short cycles. You see working software every week.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. We learn your process first and build around it. Where we see a simpler way, we suggest it, and you decide.

We already use some software. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We can connect to it, import from it or replace it, whichever is simpler for your team.

Where is our data kept?

In European data centres, with encrypted automatic backups and access limited to the people who need it. We follow the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and the GDPR.

Who can use it?

Everyone who needs it: the office on desktop, guides and field staff on their phones, each in their own language.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Monitoring, backups, support and new features as your business changes are part of the relationship, not an afterthought.

Is our business too small for this?

If your team coordinates people, bookings or schedules every day, it's worth a conversation. The review is free and we'll tell you honestly.

Show us how you work. We'll show you where the hours go.

A free, no-obligation workflow review. You leave with a clear picture, whether or not we build anything.
